New Rules Old Rules
Valentia you seem to have put up a lot of new rules.. Why'd u like rules so much? First the blog rules and now the score rules.. Unfortunately for you, I'm in charge around here... (I sound like a sheriff from some cowboy movie)and i don't like the new rules you have made... Besides, you should have foreseen this anyways.. nobody liked your blog rules either.. too restricting.
It's unethical to take money from the section and put it into your "personal food fund". As your "personal food fund" contributes only to the well being of your overly nutritious diet, it makes entirely no sense to illicitly obtain money from the section.
Furthermore, knowing fully well that majority of the pieces we play are 3+pages long, that makes a total of $3 gained with half of the proceedings going to you and ONLY you. Now, if you had taken a moment to consider about the repercussions, other than the illegal extension of your monetary boundaries, you would have realised some of us would be in need of financial assistance to support your unlawful actions.
Therefore, I'm overriding and negating your Law of the Percussion Score Number 1.
Now regarding your second "law", I'm sure all of us do not deliberately misplace the scores, but it is unnecessary for you to keep imposing fines on every single piece of paper found in an unexpected place. You realise there are over a 100 pieces of paper on the table top and probably another 50 more in the files. You'd have to install a camera in the band room if you want to monitor our movements.
When making your rules, please think of how you're going to reinforce these rules. A camera is totally out of the question. As well as the fines.
Thus, your Law of the Percussion Score Number 2 is scratched.
If you're unable to manage your tasks as a librarian ask for help or inform me of your inability then I'll transfer the post if you request for a change of job.
So many rules are unnecessary if all you had to do was ask nicely. You haven't once briefed us about the handling of scores, thus you can't impose fines since we didn't have a first warning...

Now, addressing the general public.
Please return all scores neatly to wherever they belong and notify me or Valentia if you do take them home.
Return of all pieces should be done in complete sets. We don't want pg 1 of this today and the other 2 pages next week. No manhandling of scores as well.
And don't forget to get a small notebook ready for Ms. Ng on her arrival this Thursday.. Not so small that only 5 words can fit onto a page. Roughly about, well.... A5 size.
I've done up to L i think.. for the perc ensems. That's already the second box.
Treasury job has been passed to Janabel since she loves dealing with money. Any monetary claims you have will be directed to her, so don't complain to me. As of now, Valentia owes Perc Fund $5 as wells as Janabel. No claiming of money until you pay the Perc Fund. Now that's a rule.
Percussion Food Fund is scratched too. If you want to bring food, do it at your own expense. Janabel always gives out our food to Guanteng an other greedy ghosts like Qianwen.. bleh.. Previous claims for the food is allowed although strongly advised against. It shows how stingy you are, unwilling to share a packet of gummies with the section.
